AddressAward winning hotel Salamanca Inn is looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager.
The Restaurant and Bar Manager has direct service delivery, public relations and managerial role. The appointee is responsible for all operational aspects of hospitality activities of Birdsong Restaurant, directing and managing the staff to ensure these activities are of high quality, cost effective, commercially orientated and viable in the long term.
The appointee performs operational duties in the hospitality section, as required, including customer service, organisation of rosters, cash handling, purchasing and any administrative duties associated with these roles.
Position is full-time Tuesday to Saturday 3pm-11pm.
