Your New Role

This role is part of the Change, Coaching and Business Readiness Practice, which guides teams across the enterprise through the process of change. As Change Manager, you ensure that employee change impacts are identified and managed, leading to the adopted change. This will be managing people changes for initiatives delivered by our value streams and you will need the ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute change plans
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments for each initiative
  • Facilitate change workshops and training
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess change impact
  • Evaluate the divisions readiness for change
  • Create engaging and informative content and materials
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of change activities

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
  • Must have change management experience and a proven track record managing delivery of change.
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles, along with familiarity with relevant frameworks, tools and templates
  • Experience in a variety of change activities, including conducting impact assessments, developing change and communication plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
