Form of work We are looking for outstanding, experienced Bartenders to join our team at TOTE Bar & Dining, where heritage and hospitality meet in a unique Bar & Dining experience. The Restaurant Bartender at TOTE Bar & Dining is responsible for ensuring the bar operates smoothly day-to-day, with efficient and effective service. The role must deliver service excellence that drives TOTE Bar & Dining to be an industry leading food and beverage venue. The successful applicants will need to possess the following: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Extensive working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (basic cocktail experience is beneficial) Good wine knowledge 1-2 years' experience as a bartender in a similar fast paced restaurant/bar A desire to constantly exceed guest expectations and a passion for continuous improvement Good team player with an attitude to contribute wherever required Experience operating a POS system Current & valid Victorian Responsible Serving of Alcohol We are looking for self-motivated staff with a positive attitude, the ability to take on responsibility, but also be able to work as part of a high performing team. Equally, the ability to work under pressure while always prioritising the customer experience. Although casual, we are looking for individuals to join our team Wednesday - Saturday to support with our busy dinner service.
