About the Opportunity:
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
- Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
- Complete closing duties as assigned
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Must obtain RSA Certificate
