Restaurant Manager
Ripples Chowder Bay is located on Sydney Harbour with breathtaking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Ripples Chowder Bay is open 7 days for lunch and dinner.
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following -
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Hands on management role, customer service focused
• Recruitment and staff training
• Ensuring high levels of team performance
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
• Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 2-3 years of relevant employment experience;
• Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
• Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
• Must work well in a team environment;
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
• Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Salary Package: $70,000 to $80,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
