The Knock Restaurant is a fast growing venue on Rockingham Foreshore. After only operating for 1 year, The Knock has earn't itself an amazing reputation serving quality and authentic Mediterranean dishes and providing extraordinary service 5 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced venue
- Strong understanding of financials, operational management and marketing preferred
- Experience in Staff Training and Mentoring for both new staff and on-going
- An excellent team player and eye for detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Driving and managing the overall business growth and development - working together creatively with the Owner, Head Chef and Senior Team
- Managing the quality of our services - customer service, service provision, venue presentation and product delivery
- Managing and developing the front of house team and all related HR (recruiting, training, rostering, etc)
- Managing labour costs for your team
- Opening and closing of the venue
- Maintaining high standards in all areas
