Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold our quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management on business development and strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Availability to work a mixture of day and night shifts, including weekends.
