Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-control measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, specials, and promotions.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and multicultural communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Candidates who are accepting multiculturalism and being able to speak Chinese are preferred.
