- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Have a strong passion for food and wine/beverages
- Be able to lead and motivate a team
- Organising the reservations and floor plan
- Manage finances including rostering, budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Full understanding of operations
- Proven experience in hiring, training and developing new staff
- Overseeing food services and ensuring that all dishes meet the quality standards
- $85-90K + Super + Tips
- Mentor ship provided, but be able to run the restaurant as your own
