• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Have a strong passion for food and wine/beverages
• Be able to lead and motivate a team
• Organising the reservations and floor plan
• Manage finances including rostering, budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Full understanding of operations
• Proven experience in hiring, training and developing new staff
• Overseeing food services and ensuring that all dishes meet the quality standards
