Restaurant Manager

LZHK Pty Ltd (ABN 40 636 305 176) is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join the team, to work fulltime in a busy restaurant with hands-on experienced chefs and to lead a friendly team.
Restaurant Manager:
The position in a full time based role, predominantly 38 hours per week, and a salary package starting from $75,000+ super.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience and relevant education background. In this position you will work closely with other area managers and staff in a dynamic team.
Key areas of responsibility are:
?Providing excellent customer service
?Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
?Employing and training new staffs
?Scheduling and wage targets
?Managing and supervising staffs
?Liaising with suppliers
?Help improve performance and productivity
?Comply with health regulations
?Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
?Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus
?Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders
