Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership:

2. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
3. Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and build customer loyalty.
- Monitor online reviews and social media feedback and take appropriate action to maintain positive online reputation.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including cost control measures and revenue optimization strategies.
- Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the management team to set pricing strategies and promotions to maximize profitability.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the local community.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
6. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
