As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This includes managing a team of enthusiastic staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving sales to achieve targets. The majority of shifts are during the day, with only two evenings as the restaurant closes at 8pm, providing an excellent work-life balance.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a management role, ideally in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fresh casual dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
