This is a hands-on role which will require you to set an example of how to deliver fast and friendly service and lead from the front. You will manage all financial aspects of your store whilst ensuring your store hits targets and meets company OH&S standards. Most importantly you will lead superstars, develop future leads and engage with the community.
What do we need from you?
- At least two years experience in a management role within a quick service environment or similar
- Infectious positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience conducting performance reviews
- Confident with all other day to day running of the venue including recruiting, training, rostering, OH&S, waste management, ordering, stock control and financial management
- Competitive salary $75,000 - $80,000 + super
