Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, delivering a high-quality dining experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Control costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Check stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan and develop menus, considering trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor the restaurant’s financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve financial goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
