Our venue is a mid size beautiful and hatted neighbourhood diner. However, we are still very busy, and do multiple sittings so there’s definitely still a push. We have maintained a hat throughout our time operating, and extremely proud that our restaurant is loved by locals and regulars still.
We are in a period of expansion – so looking for an experienced leader who can quickly step up into a more senior role with us. We are looking ideally for experienced leaders in restaurant who come from volume, quality environments.

The role
We are looking for someone to come in and work with our small team and fantastic Head Chef (who comes from an amazing history of Michelin and Hatted Restaurants). We are looking for someone who has both the mix of service experience, and also the operational experience of being across recruitment, financials, working with the chef, driving the business as well.
