THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to lead the front of house side of the kitchen pass at Shell House Dining Room. Shell House Dining Room & Terrace is a 2 hatted restaurant and bar, offering something truly unique in the heart of the CBD led by Head Chef Brad Guest.

You could be a chef or an experienced waiter, looking for a new purpose.  If so, this role could be for you !

THE VENUE

The Shell House is an adventure. It is about stepping into history only to discover the future. It is about the whole experience: amazing food, great drinks and an atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back.

This venue is spread over three levels, creating an unparalleled CBD hospitality experience. Combining both indoor and outdoor settings, including the ground floor bar and bistro, The Menzies Bar, the indoor/outdoor Shell House Dining Room and Terrace on level 9, The Clocktower Cocktail Bar and Sky Bar on Level 10.
  
The venue trades from Monday to Saturday only.

  • You are organised, focused and have an eye for detail.
  • You have a solid understanding on how a fine dining restaurant operates.
  • You have a vast knowledge of food and product.
  • You have had previous experience in a similar role.
  • You have a genuine interest in food and creating memorable dining experiences.
