Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee one of our exceptional dining venues at Tiger Lane. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisines, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in restaurant management. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving operational efficiency and financial success within their assigned venue. The ideal candidate has experience working in a Food & Beverage assistant managerial role with a focus on exceptional service, customer experience, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities and Major Areas of Responsibility
Staff Supervision:
- Assist in managing, training, and motivating restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Oversee daily staff activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide ongoing feedback to staff and assist in performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve staff issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
Operational Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Ensure the proper order of service and section maintenance throughout shifts.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance duties, ensuring they meet high standards.
- Assist in reconciling cash registers and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
Customer Service and Quality Control:
- Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
