Midnight Hotel is currently seeking Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor for Breakfast service to join our team.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Breakfast, you will be in charge of breakfast and conference and events. The role is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of a unique, social, and highly personalised guest experience. Oversee all activities in our restaurant- Braddon Merchant, exercise effective management skills by training, coaching and leading the service team. 

Please note that the role will be based across a rotating roster, 6am early morning start on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

We are looking for:

•  Dynamic, vibrant, and a confident professional.
• A minimum of 2 years (à La Carte) fine-dining experience with at least 1year of supervisory experience is essential.
• Previous Leadership or similar experience is essential.
• You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country
• Excellent personal presentation and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate a “Passion for Excellence "through serving our guests with flair and personalised service.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
• The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster with an early morning start of 6am on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent customer relations, and ability to engage with customers.
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines and varying guest situations.
• Demonstrate people management, leadership skills and training/coaching team members.
• Strong local knowledge of Canberra and the surrounding regions is highly desirable but not essential
