We are looking to recruit
Qualified Restaurant supervisor (Full time)
The successful candidate will be paid stating from $65,000 pa plus Superannuation.
Duties include but not limited to:
Extensive knowledge of Asian Cuisine
Chinese speaking preffered but not essential
Must be an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with Bar experience
Conduct daily briefings, coaching, training
Understand venues, layouts, menus, timing,
Present a high-level guest service and guest experience
Have a good understanding of POS
Ensure associates follow procedures for correct sequence of service
Closely monitor quality and presentation of all food and beverages, quality of service and the guest experience
Responsible for completing stock requisitions
Responsible for daily payroll approvals
Professional Experience & Certificates
12 months experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor
Queensland RSA essential (or interim NSW)
These are long term career roles, please do not respond if looking for short term 'traveller' placement
Waiter or Waitress (Full time / Part time)
The successful candidate will be paid approx. $65,000 pa plus Superannuation. Duties include but not limited to:
Provide excellent customer services
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
Greet customers and present menus
Make suggestions based on their preferences
Take and serve food/drinks orders
Up-sell when appropriate
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Check products for quality
Deliver checks and collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Skills and qualifications required
Great physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work fast under constant pressure
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Great customer service skills
Must be able to handle cash transactions responsibly
General maths skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation
Experienced Cook (Full time/ Part time)
The successful candidate will be paid $65,000 pa plus Superannuation. You will be reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare the necessary food items as directed by the Executive Chef in accordance with standards and in a timely and efficient fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guest service.
Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met.
Keep workstation clean and organized including fridge's/freezers, countertops, stove tops and when necessary assist with dish washing.
Ensure that station opening and closing carried out to standard.
Keep over production and food waste to a minimum in order to reduce food cost expense.
Operate all kitchen equipment and conduct themselves with safety in mind at all times.
Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, prepared and served safely in accordance with restaurant and government Food Safety guidelines.
Report any and all deficiencies in kitchen equipment functionality and quality of food products to by the Executive Chef in a timely fashion.
Work effectively with colleagues and customers and coach junior staff as required.
