Day to day running of 8 food venues at David Jones in Sydney CBD, leading a team of 80 staff.
- Overseeing and accountability for all operational-related matters for the venues
- Experience in Restaurant and Events
- Training, development, and leadership of the team
- Quality control and all health and safety-related matters
- Full operational compliance of the venue as per our clients' contracts
- Updating, maintenance, and implementation of all set policies and procedures
- Manage the Events in the venue to an exceptionally high level
- Experience in controlling COS - detailed stock takes, order guides with PAR levels and Actual vs Theoretical variance reports
- Experience in costing and ordering platforms
- Rostering and labour budget control (Employment Hero experience will be a huge advantage)
- IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- People skills in communication and management
