Xtreme Clean provides restoration services to insurance claims and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing and progressive team.

Xtreme Clean part of the Ambrose Construct Group, is one of the most reputable building and restoration companies across Australia, and a preferred partner to several of Australia's largest insurers. Our team members are some of the first responders to attend disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance building repairs and restoration services. Our teams are involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould and catastrophic storm damage.  
  
We are looking for someone with experience of handling Water, Fire and Mould Damage to both commercial and residential sectors. IICRC Certificates are an advantage but not a requirement.

This will include but not limited to, mould remediation, fire damage restoration cleaning, water restoration, structural drying, manifesting and contents restoration.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Travelling to restoration sites to oversee projects and team members.
  • Developing plan for each Restoration Project that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy and monitor throughout each project with a data driven mindset
  • Prepare financial estimates, budgets and forecast management to ensure that the project is budgeted and costed accurately
  • Prepare and present damage/inspection and inventory lists reports for clients
  • Assessment and completion of works required and performing all areas of mitigation and restoration works as required, including equipment installation and monitoring
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, clients, trades, and staff
  • On occasions and reacting to catastrophe events you may be required to be cross-trained and support a different team or phase during this period
  • Work within the team and work cooperatively with management. They will need to exhibit this skill daily to be successful in the role.
  • Take all reasonable care for self, and other health and safety.
  • Comply with all reasonable instruction, policy and procedure provided by business or controller of Marshall’s.
  • Daily compliance and completion of timesheets, all administration tasks including maintenance of outlook inbox correspondence
  • Proactive management and compliance to all procedural compliances and HR forms
  • Ad hoc projects and administration in support of the continuous improvement and self-improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • A current Australian driver's license (manual essential)
  • IICRC or RIA accreditations highly regarded, but not essential
  • High level aptitude across IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and literacy skills
  • Physical fitness (must)
  • Experience and proven efficiency using computer software programs
  • Honest, trustworthy and a high level of integrity
  • Attend after hours jobs as needed
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Personable and approachable
