We are currently looking to bring onboard someone who can assist with the management of Restoration works following insurable events.
Your new role
As a Project Manager your role will be dynamic and fluid, managing claims following the Technicians initial attendance, creating quotes to submit for further works to be approved, managing the remediation process from initial attendance to handover with the Builder appointed.
We are looking for you to possess the following skills;
- Communicate proactively with policy holders, insurers and trade contractors
- Ensure remediation works are delivered to a high standard of quality and expertise.
- Have excellent customer service skills and have an empathetic manner.
- Be quality focused on all times.
- Be able to work independently and as a strong team member when required.
- Manage your time effectively and efficiently.
- Be on top of any issues that may arise onsite and communicate changes to the scope of works to all stakeholders
About you
We are looking for a well presented, well organised and a self-motivated individual with hands-on Restoration industry experience, who desires to progress their career and grow within a dynamic company.
