Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting into the Client Delivery Manager Tasmania, the Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons of the shopping centers and the retail stores. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster previous shopping center experience is highly desirable.
Skills and experience
To Be Successful for this role; you will possess the following;
- Current TAS Security License
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Proven experience in Shopping Centers and Customer Service industries.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- A Positive and Proactive Approach
- Passion for delivering professional and efficient customer service
- Evening & weekend availability are essential
- Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing.
- Ability to multi task and work autonomously in high paced team environment
- High Attention to details
