Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals & client confidence
- Provide a reliable, efficient and professional service to new and existing clients.
- Maintain high presentation standards in, uniforms, inventory and promotion literature
- Maintain a clean and safe retail environment, including merchandise displays and back of house whilst adhering to WH&S policies & procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including stocktake.
- Implement local area marketing, sales and promotional programs.
- Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions
- Support the profitability of the business through maximising sales, marketing opportunities and expense reduction management.
- Perform housekeeping and store opening closing activities within WHS Framework.
- Attend all training sessions, staff meetings and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business so that the service provided is always “best practice”.
- Maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communications, relationships and morale at all levels in the business.
- Other tasks and duties as necessary and relevant to the role
About You:
- Customer Service experience (interpersonal).
- Experience being part of a team and working towards a common goal
- Experiencing handling cash
- “Can – do” positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or unsupervised
- Comfortable using technology
- Support increase in sales to meet Hub targets through a strong sales and marketing focus
- Support increase in regular client base and minimise complaints through providing prompt & efficient service
- Maintain stock levels as per inventory list.
