A day in the life…Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience Support your Store Manager in stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are kept to Be proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provide Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work every day Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team What we need…Experience in a 2IC role or a 3IC role and ready to step up Demonstrated success in building sales and motivating a team to become high achievers Demonstrated ability to achieve & exceed sales targets Established business acumen skills Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal & written communication skills A commitment to represent the interests of Petstock in areas related to the business, branding and animal care Strong attention to detail skills Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices In this role, you will be someone who will support your team, to provide more expertise, exceptional customer service, more value to the customer and take more care of our pet customers and their family....if this sounds like you, apply online today.
