About The Role:As a key member of the Carbatec retail team, you will be working closely with and assisting the Retail Store Manager to lead the retail team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience by finding solutions and offering helpful advice to our customers. For this role, we are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused person to bring their retail operations knowledge, experience and passion for authentic customer service to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively build positive relationships with our internal and external customers through genuine and authentic customer service.
- Apply your retail operations experience and skills, preferably in a busy retail environment with a mix of hang-sell and bulky goods, to help meet or exceed operational targets.
- Actively identify store development opportunities and solutions to potential operational problems or inefficiencies.
- Assist with team member training and development, rostering, coaching and performance management.
- Assist with merchandising style and standards and stock integrity functions and initiatives.
- Be an escalation point for the positive resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Assisting in managing day-to-day retail operations and store supervision spanning opening through to closing.
- Building positive relationships with external and internal customers
