Responsibilities:
- Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPIs and benchmarks in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Attention to detail is a must along with above average customer service skills and personal shopping for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Support with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work atmosphere
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience.
- Previous Sales experience is a must.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual.
- Confident to approach customers and build rapport quickly.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Strong work ethic.
- Available to work Saturday's
