We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at RoofBros. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, managing our Point of Sale (POS) system, overseeing stock maintenance and purchases, conducting stocktakes, handling email and phone inquiries, assisting customers in person, loading Roofing Supplies, occasional lifting, potential forklift operation, and occasional delivery duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, emails, and phone calls.
2. Operate and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
3. Monitor and maintain stock levels, perform stocktakes, and assist with purchasing activities.
4. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Assist customers in loading Roofing Supplies and ensuring their satisfaction.
6. Handle occasional lifting of heavy items as required.
7. Operate a forklift (if certified) to manage and move stock effectively.
8. Support with occasional delivery tasks to customers.
9. Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
6. Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
7. Forklift certification (if applicable) and experience is a plus.
8. Valid driver's license for potential delivery tasks.
9. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
10. Roofing Experience, wether its Sales or Installations.
