The role Our team are responsible for conducting store site reviews both in NSW but from time-to-time VIC/WA/QLD. This role required you to report on retail site standards and controls compliance. You will be providing feedback and support to our store operations teams in addressing ways to continuously improve in these areas. Conduct regular site reviews in NSW and other States as required, Interstate travel required.Provide results on site standards, customer interactions, retail activations and compliance.Assist with investigations as desired by the Compliance and Assurance teams.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Relationship building, reporting, and presenting across business teams.Leading projects within the Assurance Team.
