About the role:
As the Business Development and Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the Peter Faber Business School integrated Brisbane CBD based sales and conversion strategy as well as related program of activities. Your principal role will be driving student recruitment through relationship Development and localised promotion of the Business School's Brisbane offerings. You'll develop strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment and conversion that support positive brand and enhances our Business Development and will have a firm understanding of both domestic and international Post Graduate student market and keep abreast of competitor offerings, feeding insights and proactively updating strategies where required. In doing this, you will work closely with the Business Partner Marketing and the wider Marketing Directorate to create and finalise strategic messaging for marketing and advertising materials, identify marketing opportunities, create relevant recruitment plans and evaluate the effectiveness to ensure key performance indicators are met. The incumbent will be an agile leader, driving high performance across all recruitment. They will be able to work both autonomously and, in a team, providing effective leadership and management in collaboration with School and Faculty staff.

- Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,816 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
