About the role
As part of the Retail team in Horsham, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the showroom and branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
A typical day involves:
Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
Keeping the showroom and branch running smoothly and safely
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
