About the role
As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will be passionate about supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey.
This role, located in Bundall, will not only be based in our stunning Bathroom Life showroom but you will also be required to visit account customers (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on-site. A passion for customer service and building business relationships is a must.
Flexible opportunity offering either full-time or part-time employment.
Full-time Hours: Tuesday to Saturday Or Part-time Hours: 4 days a week (minimum)
Your day to day
- Deliver exceptional customer service/stakeholder management
- Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands
- Managing customer quotes and orders, emails and phone calls
- Utilise our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Using Reece own CRM system
About you
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Great communication skills, with a passion for sales
- A team player, with safety awareness
