Your opportunity
As the Retail Partnerships Content Moderator (full-time 6-month contract located at Support Office) you will be responsible for optimising retailer content engagement across Westfield's digital and social channels, supporting retailer content submissions to meet channel guidelines.
Acts as a central point of contact for Retailers with the Marketing Team facilitating Retail Content channel programming. Works to deliver the goals of the Westfield Marketing Hub (WMH) platform and ensure a positive user experience for retail partners.
Your responsibilities on a day-to-day basis will encompass:
- Manage Retail Content moderation for timely review of submissions and feedback.
- Assist Content & Retail Partnerships (RP) teams in communicating and documenting Retailer Content guidelines.
- Review and suggest improvements for retailer submissions.
- Provide one-on-one retailer account management to foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with centre marketing teams to execute retailer content plans and address Westfield Marketing Hub queries.
- Support Westfield Marketing Hub objectives by monitoring Partner Support email, managing new retailer sign-ups, and generating usage reports.
- Assist the Retail Partnerships team in onboarding retailers to the Westfield Marketing Hub through live demos and Q&A sessions.
- Aid the Retail Partnerships team in delivering Westfield Marketing Hub dashboard content, eDM content, and updating the Marketing Portal as needed.
- Support the Retail Partnerships team in delivering performance reports and proof of placement for Retailer content to guide future opportunities.
