WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Creating an enchanting and safe environment for our pets and customers alike.
- Leading a passionate team dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for our pets, ensuring their health, happiness, and overall well-being.
- Inspiring your team and customers with your deep love for pets, sharing knowledge that makes a visit to our store not just a shopping trip but an educational journey.
- Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring your department sings the tune of efficiency and joy.
WE'RE SEARCHING FOR AN ANIMAL ENTHUSIAST WHO:
- Is keen to develop retail growth and business development within the department
- Brings robust leadership and retail management expertise, coupled with a visionary approach to business growth and innovation—both in-store and online.
- Possesses an unparalleled love for animals and a background in Pet Retail (not mandatory but greatly admired).
- Has a strong leadership background with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
