We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail MakeupArtist & Sales Support Assistant with a passion for Makeup & beauty to join our Melbourne Braeside Head Office and Warehouse team [ Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3pm / 5pm, 25 - 35hours a week].

We are seeking a mature, dynamic and experienced Sales Support professional who has a passion for skincare, makeup, sales and customer service.
Directly reporting to Sales & Administration Coordinator, the duties within this role will include:
- Manage & process online store orders including picking and packing in the warehouse.
- Provide in-store retail sales & make-up artist services.
- Provide friendly, professional & efficient reception services for the head office.
- Support other head office administrative duties when required.
- Support all aspects of sales order administration including wholesale order entry, picking and packing and shipping.
- Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner on the phone, in store or via emails.
- Confident in operating POS & MYOB.
- Maintaining and replenishing stock while ensuring the showroom is kept immaculate with exceptional visual merchandising skills.
To be successful in this role, the following is essential:
- Experience in retail, reception and/or customer service / warehousing environment.
- Ideally you are trained as Makeup Artists or beautician and have passion for makeup and skincare products.
- A positive, can-do attitude, ability to take self-initiative, hardworking with the agility of a learning spirit are a must.
- The successful candidate must have sound administration skills and with great attention to detail. Must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and team.
- Great communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results.
- Display a great personality with the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Professional, friendly and dedicated to customer service with excellent personal presentation.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Confident communicator, comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and cultures.
