What this job involves:
As a Retail Manager in the PAM National ISPT Portfolio, you will manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties in the Hub and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and client. Your key focus will be to optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising the rental income, controlling expenditure and completing negotiations.
You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports. Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio, as well as managing costs associated with these assets, will be a critical part of the role, as well as implementation of the client’s asset management strategy.
Responsible for the management and performance of the property management team and asset/s assigned, including responsibilities of, but not limited to;
Implementation of all responsibilities as specified in the Property Management Agreement.
Be the first point of contact for all communication from Landlords/Tenants.
Understand and proactively manage to ensure all obligations are met under the lease &/or terms of ownership/occupancy.
Prepare and distribute regular property reports in line with client and national account requirements, including Business Plans and Income and Expenditure Reports.
Contribute to regular portfolio management reports, within specified timeframes, detailing property status and performance including recommendations on property management issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant Commonwealth and state WHS legislation and regulations.
Assist with identifying and recommending mitigation or management strategies for identified items.

You will be a doer with the ability to keep on top of tasks autonomously; you will have an understanding of facilities management experience within Shopping Centres, some experience working within Retail / Shopping Centre environment would be preferred.
Accounts payable and receivable experience- Knowledge of Vision and or MRI
Have a passion for the shopping Centre industry and to deliver exceptional customer service
Be self-motivated
Be a diligent operator with a high degree of numeracy and ability to negotiate and solve problems.
