The Client:
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a rapidly growing and market-leading specialist retail property service provider. Working at one of their premium assets in Melbourne's South East, you will be the 2IC at the centre as Retail Manager and head up the Administrative Team at this diverse and exciting Shopping Centre.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be the 2IC at the shopping centre. As a Retail Manager you will have 2 direct reports and be confident across your Retail Administration skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations of the centre office runs smoothly and some of your duties in this role include:
Retailer & stakeholder relationships & management
Support strategic planning for the centre alongside the centre manager
Support financial management - be responsible for the financial output for the debtor, abatement and additional income reporting
Manage Administrative Assistants
Support arrears management & tenancy schedule/rent reviews
Staff management and mentoring - 2 direct reports
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Shopping Centre Administration or Retail Management.
Strong relationship building skills.
You will also have strong computer literacy, be literate with Microsoft applications and have excellent customer service skills
