Base to $90,000 + Super + Bonuses up to $15,000 + Parking Bay (depending on experience)
The portfolio will be geared around experience around 40 buildings | You won't be overloaded!

The Role:
Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
Arrange and attend annual AGMS
Point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners and Tenants
Organise repairs & maintenance
Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
Manage repairs and maintenance
Strata Administration
The Candidate:
Strata Management and portfolio experience circa 3 x years
A great attitude and must be willing to learn
Ability to work in a fast paced, and high volume environment
Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis
Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
