As a Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, increase profitability and reduce wastage, inventory management and merchandising, staff training and supervision, along with exceptional customer service, you’ll lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where team members can thrive and deliver outstanding service.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability including maintaining and improving store budget.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and store presentation to ensure a visually appealing and well-maintained environment.
- Minimise wastage and improve profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities.
- Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WH&S) policy, food safety and operational procedures (including manual handling, ergonomics, and cash handling).
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business improvement and optimization.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Attention to detail, proven experience in problem solving and working in fast paced environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success
- A minimum of a relevant Diploma level qualification. A degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
