About the Role
As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to maximise sales and profit performance, customer satisfaction, staff training, and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
About you
The Ideal candidates will have management experience within the retail clothing sector, with previous experience and success in a high-sales environment. Will have a genuine, authentic and diverse approach in maintaining and growing customer relationships. Along with high attention to detail with store standards and retail operations. Are you a go-getter and quick to establish and implement positive change through action plans?
