About the Role

• Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
• Manage the workforce, ensuring that all personnel are appropriately recruited, trained, cost effectively deployed and managed in accordance with Queensland Health Human Resource management policies and displaying professionalism expected in a food operation.
• Develop, implement and review the marketing and promotions plan for the PAH retail Food services to optimise business.
• Provide performance reporting to the Food Services Manager regarding the activities of the PAH retail food services, including identification of risks and mitigations where they arise.
