SCP's core business is concrete pumping and has earned us the reputation of being undisputed market and industry leaders.SCP is seeking a professional, experienced, efficient, calm and collected Job Sites Manager, to join our highly experienced concrete pumping team - working across the southern suburbs of Brisbane.About the roleReporting to the Operations Manager/GM, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects - in an efficient, safe and profitable manner, whilst maintaining efficiency, integrity and a great reputation for SCP.Overview of key areas of responsibility includes:Management of Day to Day Operations:Successfully manage Job Sites according to policy and statutory requirements including: labour, equipment, customer relations, technical advice, documentation and reporting.Management of Equipment Resources:Manage all equipment and assets in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations including: audits, maintenance, record keeping, registers, procurement and reporting.General Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a safe working culture in the business
• Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders ie, accounts, customers, HR, Admin, subcontractors, management
• Train and develop staff
• Implementation and communication of policies
• Regular meetings with customers, staff and management
• General housekeeping at office and site
• Cover duties of absent staff members as required

What are we looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in the concrete industry desirable
• Proven experience in a similar role with strong management/supervisory skills
• Commitment to OH&S policies & requirements with a proven track record of effectively controlling site safety
• Safety minded with a great work ethic & positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure from time to time to get great results (on occasion be available/flexible during irregular hours to meet last minute needs of customers)
• Committed to ensuring everyone delivers the highest standard of work & providing an exceptional service for our customers
• Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence (HR)
• High Risk Work Licence (PB)
• Proficient computer skills and written communication
