About the Position:
We are seeking a full time, experienced retail/stock manager to join our pharmacy team.

As the Retail Manager/Stock Controller, your role would include:
- Providing excellent customer service and developing great customer and supplier relationships (externally & internally)
- Working collaboratively with the management team to support the operations and management of the Front of Practice
- Coordinate all areas of Point of Sale
- Oversee ordering, stock and inventory control – including stocktakes and management of stock expiry dates
- Coordinate QCPP responsibilities in conjunction with the management team
- Support and manage the Front of Practice team effectively to ensure a motivated and productive team
- Working alongside owners and the management team to help grow the business
- Assist in maintaining and managing WHS protocols.
- Meet with relevant suppliers and wholesalers to discuss buying options.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a pharmacy environment
- Ability to develop relationships by engaging with customers, suppliers and peers
- Have strong merchandising and stock control skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be self-driven and motivated
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confident using computers and tablets for emails, POS & apps
- Ability to delegate, coach others and follow through on tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise different tasks
