As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across 200+ stores to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimise shrinkage to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with store teams to drive sales initiatives, enhance customer service, and meet performance targets.
- Training & Development: Support training programs for store staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Compliance: Ensure all stores adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyse operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Previous experience in an operational capacity within a large retail business, minimum of 6+ years
- Systems savvy and knowledge of effective processes which improve operational efficiency
- Analytical and strategical thinking
- Friendly with a collaborative and hands-on approach to a team
- Previous logistics experience
- Strong communication skills and well-presented

- Understand fast fashion and managed over 100+ stores
