Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Ideally S2/S3 trained and experience in aspects of the pharmacy, however training will be provided for the ideal candidate.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Efficient with use of computers and ever evolving technology.
• An excellent communicator who has the confidence to connect and build rapport with our customers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge or interest in pharmacy products and health-related topics.
• Desire to learn and further develop skills. 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, accommodating the needs of our valued customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, assisting customers in finding the right over-the-counter medications and answering their questions.
• Maintain a clean and organised retail space, ensuring products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
• Process transactions 
• Assist with a range of retail tasks such as stock replenishment, store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable pharmacists to deliver personalised care for patients. 
• Build strong relationships with customers, gaining their trust and loyalty through your expertise and empathy. 
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.
