About the opportunity:

Reporting to the management team, this role will be mainly office based attending to existing customers by phone and video-meetings, with some face-to-face contact upon customer request. Upon time to time, there may also be remunerated on-road, account management duties.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Get to know existing device and skincare customers via phone/video-chat in order to build strong relationships with them
- Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure customers receive the best possible support with their device and skincare ranges
- Liaise with our rostering team to ensure customers’ support needs are met
- Make regular contact with customers (where appropriate) to ensure they are happy with the support
- Working closely with the sales team to assist with the onboarding of new customers, including gathering support plans
- Working closely with the education team to provide clinical support for existing customers
- Respond to queries and feedback from customers
- Contact existing customers to inform them of new technology releases or technology promotions -In the instance of lead generation, commission of 1% is payable once the lead has successfully converted via a sales team member
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions via company software
- Administration duties
About you
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service within the beauty industry or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with friendly interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop robust and sustainable working relationships
- A beauty qualification is highly desirable.
- A current driver's license.

- Annual salary remuneration of $60,000-$70,000 + commissions uncapped for lead generation
