We're on a mission to be the most trusted, supportive brand that transforms our customers' sleep and we're looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Team in the West between our Braybrook and Essendon stores.

The Role:
- Retail experience is a plus but not a must.
- Your motivation and hands-on approach are your most important tools.
- Dive into Sales KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Listen, understand customer needs, and offer the perfect sleep solution.
- Be a team player and shine as an independent contributor.
- Communication skills? Check! Computer skills? We've got you.
- Get ready for weekends, holidays, and the thrill of peak times.
- Don't skip leg day because you'll need to handle our amazing mattresses.
Desired Working Days:
- 10-15 hours/week on average.
- Availability 7 days a week, with opportunities for more hours during peak times and teams leave.
