Retail Sales Assistant - Superdry Birkenhead Outlet

We are on a mission to find exceptional Casual Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at Superdry Birkenhead Outlet. 

In this role, you are a brand ambassador, working as part of a team to create genuine shopping experiences for every customer. 

To achieve the above, you:

• Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
• Ensure product knowledge of apparel and accessories
• Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
• Assist your leadership team with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
• Are available week days and Thursday evenings to support key trading patterns. 

The skills and experience we are looking for:

• You have previous customer service experience, ideally in fashion or outlet environment
• You work well within fast paced team environments
• You are upbeat, energetic, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
• You have strong communication and organisational skills
• You are a great listener and use feedback constructively.
