Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Assistant at Century Foam & Rubber and Upholstery, Gold Coast. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include sales, customer service, and maintaining product knowledge to help customers find the right products for their needs.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Retail Sales and Sales skills
- Customer Experience skills
- Familiarity with foam, rubber, and upholstery products is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy products
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
