We are looking for experienced and dedicated retail professionals who can showcase great selling techniques, demonstrate premium customer service skills and provide a great level of support and service in store.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a sales assistant for the store for this iconic premium cookware brand, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Providing accurate product information to our customers
- Aiming for excellence with in-store appearance, shop floor maintenance and product visual merchandising displays
- Assistance with stock and inventory - inventory reviews to maintain adequate in-store stock levels (including stock take when necessary), incoming deliveries, visual merchandising - you are hands-on and help out wherever you can!
- Efficiently processing customer sales
- Assisting with customer returns and warranty claims
- Upholding our company values - Passion, Integrity, Innovation & Excellence and Teamwork
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales assistant
- A strong understanding of the premium customer service experience
- Clear and well spoken - a strong communicator
- Experience with retail POS systems
- A super keen eye for detail - a must!
- Professional and neatly presented
- Highly organised, proactive and shows initiative - you think on your feet!
- Flexible and adaptable
- A strong team player
- A friendly, positive and approachable attitude - you are a people-person!
- Personal experience with our brand a huge plus!
